The decrease in cancer patients\u2019 quality of life is often linked to a deterioration in nutritional status. In this context, quality of life is multidimensional, encompassing physical, psychological, and social well-being, and can be affected by changes in eating behaviour from the time of diagnosis. It is crucial to study the relationship between diet and quality of life during cancer and its treatments in more detail, to identify the areas most impacted and to implement suitable nutritional support solutions. Different types of cancers and treatments influence overall and food-related quality of life in various ways. To better assess this quality of life, complementary modules to the QLQ-C30 questionnaire have been developed. However, this questionnaire alone is insufficient to explore the effects of cancer and treatments on diet-related quality of life. The objective of the study is to complement physiological approaches to sensory alterations in cancer situations, and to model the influence of demographic, anthropometric, and pathological parameters on the dimensions of food-related quality of life. It also aims to explore correlations with patients\u2019 overall quality of life and the oral manifestations resulting from treatments.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
