Tuesday, June 10, 2025 P2S Seminar – End-of-Life Working Group We invite you to the seminar co-organized with the National Center for Palliative Care and End-of-Life (CNSPFV), on Tuesday, June 10, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. in Lecture Hall 2 bis, Rockefeller Campus. Isabelle Marcoux, Professor of Community Psychology at the Interdisciplinary School of Health Sciences and the Faculty of Health Sciences at the University of Ottawa, will present the results of two of her flagship projects: the evaluation of the implementation of compassionate communities in Montreal and the current status of the Interdisciplinary Research Consortium on Medical Assistance in Dying (MAID), whose mandate is to better understand the use of MAID in Quebec. Finally, the first stages of the compassionate communities project in the French context carried out in collaboration with the CNSPFV, P2S and the University of Ottawa will be presented by Samantha Dufour, a Master 2 student in Global Health Promotion, and discussed in the presence of the project team.
